My Approach

My work is grounded in psychoanalysis and, while rooted in psychoanalytic thinking, focuses on present problems, on the difficulties, symptoms, and situations that brings someone to therapy. This approach offers a space to explore both current experiences and the underlying meanings that shape them.

The initial concern, whether big or small, is always important and becomes the starting point of the therapeutic process. It may be a specific difficulty, a moment of crisis, or simply a sense that something is not quite right. It can also take the form of a question, a desire for change, or something from the past that continues to have an impact.

Therapy can take different forms depending on what is needed. For some, it may focus on a specific concern or a particular moment in life.

For others, it can become a longer process an opportunity to explore more deeply, and to reflect on broader aspects of one’s experience.

Life is constantly evolving, and so are we. New challenges arise, personal and social contexts shift, and each stage of life brings its own questions. I support people through these moments helping them make sense of their experiences, find their own direction, and feel more at ease in their lives.

I see each person as unique, with their own story, history, and way of being in the world. My role is to listen and support the process of discovering a way forward.
